This document aimed to inform you as a visitor, user or potential customer of the Cata Global I.O. Software (websites, online booking applications, Cata Global I.O. phone applications) ,
Cata Global is using Google reCAPTCHA to determine from the beginning of client interaction with our software, starting with create an account and continuing with each booking is about to be created, to identify and reject potential fraud, non-human interaction (computer automated hackers) or even human errors that might occur. Google uses a small test so-called reCAPTCHA in order to confirm the real identity and create a booking. Also, we are using OTP codes at the signup page, wich is a one-time password, a unique sequence of numbers that can be used only once for a single login session or transaction. OTP are strong authentications and will protect sensitive data and prevent identity teft and unauthorized use of software. It’s part of a 2-way authentication process.
Which personal data is processed and for what purpose. But as a reminder, not all methods of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage are 100% guaranteed regarding your personal data.

1. Data Security / websites and emails.
Cata Global I.O. software is using the proper and latest technologies taking extra security measures to protect online data for our software websites, your personal data is transferred from your device to Cata Global software through an encrypted form (SSL Certificate) that be seen and verified on your address bar in your browser. Regarding emails, might be accessed by a third party.
2. Data Security / Smartphones Applications.
Cata Global I.O. applications are state-of-the-art apps equipped with full security measures for protecting data that is collected in the same way as through the Cata Global website/booking system. We collect personal data such as example: device name, manufacture, model, operating system, app or web version.
Cata Global I.O. applications are equipped with push notifications, and you receive them only with your approval from your device. Same applies for chauffeur applications.
3. Personal data collected during the registration process with Cata Global I.O.
The personal data we collect when you start using our software applications for registration and booking rides purpose:
- Personal data(ex: current address including zip code, city, country, passwords first name, last name, company name)
- Contact information (phone number, secondary phone number, e-mail address)
- Ride-related info (ex. Desired pickup location, destination, time, flight info, special requests)
- Status of your bookings and history.
- invoices (status, address of invoice, payments data including last 4 digit of the card.
Customer data will be saved on our servers and used for registration, administration and support of customer accounts, future rides and fulfilment of contracts with limousine service provider of customer benefit. Data collected and shared with third parties as in limousine service providers is necessary to transfer proper information regarding the transportation requested by customer.
Data collected will help Cata Global I.O. analyse the use of services and improve, also to prevent illegal use of software Services like fraudulent bookings and cyber attacks.
We may use your personal data for marketing, newsletters or contacting you regarding your account or bookings. You can unsubscribe anytime from us through the unsubscribe link.
Other cases when your personal data might be disclosed:
- In case of a merger/acquisition
- disclosure requested by Law Enforcements.
- Contractors, service providers as in independent operators’ providers
- Other third parties we use to support our business
Payments and Fraud Prevention.
Cata Global I.O. accepts all credit cards and debit cards. WE DO NOT store credit cards in our servers, Cata Global is using Stripe as the certified payment provider with the proper system to meet the security standards such as PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Stripe privacy policy https://stripe.com/us/privacy
In addition, for authentication of the card holders for individual transactions, Cata Global I.O. might require a copy of an identification document such as driver license, passport, or a copy of the credit card. (Cata Global will ask you to black out the card number with exception of the last four digits and cover any unnecessary data that is not required.), payment data and card information are transmitted to Payment Processing company Stripe and additional personal data is required that will be processed thru their security advanced fraud prevention software on behalf of Cata Global I.O.
Fraud Prevention
To ensure the payments methods are used by the rightful owner and to prevent frauds, besides the above requested information from card holder, we might need additional information as an actual listed credit card physical address, required by Stripe to have a full compliance of the method of payment, none of the information will be stored in our server once is verified by Stripe processor.
E-mail and other forms of Communications and Advertising. With Cata Global I.O.
If you agreed to receive different forms of advertising from us under your email address, we will use it to keep you informed about your booking’s status, your account standing, news regarding our features, promotions and general information’s regarding our services, using some of your personal data. We are also using different social media outlets like messenger services or chat support tools to contact customers for different reasons including software support, identify and eliminate malfunctions and improve overall the customer experience, also to identify the fraudulent bookings or to prevent any type of cyberattacks.
